Whether you’ve just begun to seek help, or are years-deep into a frustrating journey, we invite you to explore new possibilities for healing.

We respect the commitment, time, and resources that patients devote to their treatment and healing, and want to make sure that our clinic will be the best fit for your needs. We ask all prospective patients to please follow the process below.

At this time, we have limited availability for new patients. We do not maintain a waitlist, but if we are unable to offer you an appointment because of limited availability or if we are not a good fit for your needs, we will provide alternative resources based on the information you provide.

REVIEW OUR CARE PARAMETERS AND TO MAKE SURE WE’RE THE RIGHT FIT
  • We serve patients whose symptoms are primarily brain-related concerns, such as those related to anxiety, mood, behavior, cognitive function, and sleep.

  • For integrative consultations, we ask patients to come to the clinic for in-person appointments: typically every 2-4 weeks at the beginning of treatment, and every 4-6 weeks as treatment progresses. At this time, we cannot work with out of state patients who need virtual care.

  • Dr. Reynolds does not automatically prescribe controlled substances (i.e. Xanax, Adderall, and Ritalin). Patients who take these medications may need to maintain a relationship with the prescribing provider.

  • Our clinic does accept certain insurance plans as well as self-pay patients.

  • Dr. Reynolds does not have expertise in the following areas: substance use or addiction, cognitive decline (Parkinson's, Alzheimer's, etc.), or neuropsychological evaluation. We recommend that patients with these conditions work with a specialist who can provide safe and effective care.
